All returns must be made within 15 days from the day the package was delivered.

It is best to review your order summary BEFORE checkout to ensure that all order details such as shipping address, order quantity, design, and sizes are correct. We would not be able to cancel it if it has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched. For any order change requests or clarifications, please contact us within 24 hours upon placing your order so we can make the necessary changes.
Missing Items / Incomplete Order
You will have to reach out to us through E-mail or Facebook Messenger. Our Support Representatives will give a response to your request within 24-48 hours.(There will be instances that we will not be able to attend to your issue due to High email volume but rest assured we will be working round the clock to answer all emails and calls as fast as possible.)

We recommend gentle hand washing of outfits, especially for those that with tulle due to its delicate fabric. Please use warm water and mild/baby safe detergent to prolong the life of your specialty outfit. Orders with multiple items may arrive in different packages on different dates.
Tracking shows delivered, but I cannot find it. Please wait for 48 hours, in some cases, packages say delivered before they arrive at the final shipping address. Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct. Kindly reach out to your Local Carrier and obtain a document/ Proof of Non-Delivery and then send it to us, so we can also report this information to our Logistics team.
